If your like me, I am continually in and out of routines… don’t get me wrong here, I have good habits and then I have some bad habits that I am sure you can agree and identify within yourself?
However, we should never beat ourselves up over these bad habits we try to transform into GOOD habits.
Times… we change it, do it for awhile…. a week, a month if we are lucky and determined, consistent…
Then, BOOM! life happens… a unexpected situation, personal life stuff, family issues etc.
We go off track, and the bad habit starts to creep back into our life.
Remember, whatever we GO through, we GROW through.
It’s times like these we need NOT let it derail us from WHY we started to change the habit to begin with don’t you think?
